Summary
Vytalogy Wellness is looking for a reliable warehouse associate who has the ability to operate a forklift to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Your primary activities will include but are not limited to:
- Performs all shipping and receiving functions designated for each area.
- Enters and maintains tracking records (equipment inspections), maintenance logs and damage reports.
- May assist in inventory control and building maintenance, clean up and upkeep (may include taking out the trash or sweeping), as needed
- Promptly reports material, process, and equipment concerns, questions, and/or problems to lead for proper handing
- Performs accurate manipulation & delivery of palletized goods and drums within safety guidelines and w/o damage to personnel, goods, facility or equipment
- Operates a forklift on a daily basis in a safe manner (e.g. following the speed limit and always wears seat buckle)
- Works with personnel from other departments as necessary to ensure safety
- Follows established department SOP's, cGMP regulations, and batch record instructions
- Follows established department SOP's, Company cGMPs, and all instructions, whether verbal or written
- Complies with all Company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations
- Maintains a safe work environment and functions in a safe manner
- Performs other duties, job related or otherwise, as assigned
You'll need the following (minimum qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required
- Forklift certifications, a plus
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a fast-paced warehouse setting preferred, this can be in lieu of a high school education
