Compensation:
- Biweekly Pay: $1,770.80
Note: Salary can vary depending upon education, experience, or qualifications.

Position Summary:
Public Service Executive I – Assistant Director of Education and Outreach
The Kansas Historical Society is the premier educational institution for teaching Kansas history using primary sources and material culture. The Assistant Director of Education and Outreach plays a lead role on a small but robust education team that offers many resources to K-12 educators. Responsibilities include developing original and innovative student-centered curriculum for K-12, maintaining excellent communication with and outreach to educators, and building and facilitating the education division’s online educational resources. The Assistant Director is expected to work independently, as well as part of a team, and to take a leadership role within the division.
