OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Main point of contact for all guest inquiries, including answering calls, dispatching, and following up to ensure guest satisfaction.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to communicate with guests and co-workers.
  • Minimum lifting 25lbs.
  • Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, and upward reaching


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Practice the Basics of Brilliant Hosting at all times
  • Assist with guest requests and notify appropriate management to resolve guest issues.
  • Maintain a daily log of calls, action taken and final status of requests.
  • Answer each call with proper telephone etiquette.
  • Print and distribute reports per unit requirements.
  • Maintain and be familiar with the directory of information for guest services.
  • Handle all emergencies according to specified procedures.
  • Operate and /or explain TDD operation for guests.
  • Follow all procedures as outlined in the handbook, as well as all other appropriate unit and company policies and procedures.
  • Each associate is expected to complete, within their ability, all reasonable requests by management.
