The Role
Join us as an Audiences Operations Associate as part of the Crossix Audience Segments team! We are small, growing, and making an impact helping healthcare clients use Veeva data to target their paid advertising toward relevant consumers. You will work with clients across the breadth of the advertising landscape, from media companies and agencies, to top 10 pharma companies and emerging biotechs.
The Audiences Operations Associate role is a client-facing role with an emphasis on guiding clients to the data that will help their advertising campaign succeed most effectively.[JM1] This is a great opportunity to join a growing team and learn about how ad tech and data converge to drive changes in the dynamic world of healthcare advertising As an ideal candidate you confidently captain your own ship; strongly enjoy learning, research, and analytics; and are excited to join a crack squad at a thriving data and analytics company.
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with clients to recommend the best audience segments to use for their advertising campaign
- Ensure the right data is being sent to the right destination for clients to use, and troubleshoot any blockers
- Partner with our audience production team to relay new opportunities to create datasets for new and existing clients to use
- Track and analyze who is using our data, what data they’re using, and how much they’re using it to draw insights senior members of the audience team will use to guide the business
- Discover and resolve any discrepancies in the reported usage of our data
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Experience with the digital advertising ecosystem is a plus
- Customer-service experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Base pay: $58,500.00 – $90,000.00
