We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join the auditing team and keep our headquarters office running smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to assist in various financial, compliance, and operational audits, including evaluating internal controls.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze credit card payments and reconcile daily to business system
• Analyze large amounts of data and reconcile with monthly reinsurance cession statements
• Communicates and works closely with insurance carriers to resolve pricing and mapping errors found in cession statements
• Complete audit projects by documenting finds and possible solutions to Audit manager
• Ensure discrepancies are resolved timely by following up with carriers and internal departments
• Work closely with the system team on rating and mapping issues
• Work closely with the reinsurance team on reporting changes or errors
• Other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Accounting Associates Degree
• 2 years+ experience in accounting
• Previous experience as Accounts Receivable preferred
• 1 year accounting experience in automotive industry preferred
• Advance experience in Microsoft Excel and proficient in Office 365
• Excellent communication/collaboration skills
• High attention to detail and problem-solving
• Strong work ethic and excellent organization skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as within a team
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude during ever-changing challenges and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Efficient, accurate and adherence to established procedures
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple items simultaneously
