DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
develops and manages partnerships for the preferred repair facility network, focusing on large national automotive repair accounts.

DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
earns competitive compensation from
23.00*
This is a
REMOTE
position working Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM MST.
Responsibilities:
What You Will Do in This Role
- Develop new relationships with targeted large national account repair facilities.
- Investigate and implement cost savings.
- Balancing short and long-term needs to achieve goals.
- Remain current on trends impacting repair facilities.
- Develop knowledge and understanding of internal functional areas to properly anticipate business and repair facility needs.
- Monitor and track performance of repair facilities against established performance criteria, budget, and historical data to develop summary overviews of performance.
- Develop process efficiencies to improve interaction between repair facilities and AAS.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Need to Join Our Team
- A High school diploma or general education degree. (GED)
- A Minimum 3 years of automotive field account management experience preferred.
- Strong Business Development skills and ability to maintain long-term business relationships using a persuasive selling communication style.
- Someone who leads by example, with first-hand knowledge of area of expertise.
- Working colaboratively with others: must be willing to jump in and roll up his/her sleeves to help out when necessary.
- Strong, friendly follow-up necessary on tasks delegated to ensure proper results.
- The ability to balance multiple priorities and manage numerous projects concurrently while working in a fast-paced environment.
