AUTOCAD/CIVIL 3-D DESIGN TECHNICIAN Job at Gray & Osborne Consulting Engineers
Gray & Osborne has provided professional engineering services to public agencies throughout Washington State since 1935. We specialize in the planning, design, and construction management of water, sewer, stormwater transportation, and utility systems.
The opening is in our Olympia office located at 2102 Carriage Drive Southwest, Building I, Olympia, WA 98502.
JOB DESCRIPTION:Primary responsibilities include the preparation of plan sets for water/sewer utility lines, wastewater treatment plants, sewer lift stations, reservoirs, booster pump stations, streets, sidewalks and related public works facilities. Duties include the assembly of large, complex drawing sets integrating plan sheets prepared by multiple technical disciplines and designers. This position requires excellent presentation skills and attention to detail.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:- A minimum of two years’ experience with AutoCAD is required.
- A minimum of two years’ experience with Civil 3-D is preferred.
- Graduation from a certified training program is preferred.
- Able to work well with others in a collaborative manner.
We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits. The anticipated salary range for this position (including year-end bonus) is $60,000 to $90,000, depending upon experience. Benefits include 401K retirement plan (with employer profit-sharing contribution), medical, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, 8 paid holidays and paid time off starting at 15 days per year.
