A BDC Representative is a technically savvy individual who understands computers and other technologies and who can communicate in a clear efficient way, and is responsible for lead generation activities in support of the company’s sales department goals.
The ideal candidate for this position is Bilingual (English and Spanish) and has relative work experience. Must have exceptional interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills (Good verbal skills and a clear speaking voice). Highly motivated! Must have the drive and desire to meet production goals and expectations. Effective time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED!!!!
- High School diploma or GED required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:

- Gloucester City, NJ 08030: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
