Job Description
Billers play an especially important role in any car dealership. Without them, customers cannot leave the dealership with their new vehicle, no matter how effective the sales process might have been.
We're looking for experienced automotive billers, full time and part time.
If you are hired for this position we will waive the one-year waiting period that is usually required before an employee qualifies for one week of vacation!
Responsibilities
- Bills all new and used car deals and posts into accounting
- Organizes all paperwork in each deal and checks for accuracy and completeness
- Processes pay-off checks for trade-ins and mails to appropriate financial institution
- Provides administrative support to management and other departments as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Experience preferred, with knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds and Verifi, but willing to train the right person
- This position is for two weekday nights and one weekend day, with alternating Saturdays/Sundays
