Duties and Responsibilities:

• Mount & balance oversized aftermarket wheels & tires

• Install suspension lift & leveling kits within all major brand trucks

• Install a wide variety of custom accessories across many different vehicles

• Knowledgable on Wiring diagrams and diagnosing vehicle electrical relays / switches for components such as light bars, pod lights, train horns, leveling bags, air-ride systems, winches, power boards, under-glow, rock lights, back up cameras, electric start systems and more.

• Must meet productivity standards.

• Must furnish basic tools and MTH will provide specialty tools to perform functions of the position.

• Participate in further training programs.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace & environment.

• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Two-year AAS Degree in automotive program and/ or a minimum two years of equivalent experience in field.

• A valid driver’s license.

• Strong communications skills (written, verbal, listening).

• Good decision-making, problem-solving, attention to detail and customer service skills.
