Automotive customer service apprentice Job at Power of Newport Ford
Power Auto Group is expanding and is looking to hire customer service champions to help service our loyal customer base. No prior automotive experience necessary, we will mentor the right applicant to service our guests. We hire for attitude & train for aptitude.
Some job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
- Greet all guests that enter the dealership in a timely matter
- Schedule appointments using approved forms & procedures
- Communicate with service customers to determine the nature of the mechanical problem(s) and thoroughly notate problems, symptoms and under what conditions they occur for the technician
- Assists all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
- Maintains professional appearance.
- Keeps front and rear counter areas clean and uncluttered.
- Schedule an dispatch work to technicians in a manner that maximizes efficiency with consideration to getting the customers car back to them in their time requirements

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
