Automotive Dealership Cashier Job at Audi Warrington
Audi Warrington has an opening to join our Service team as the newest cashier/ receptionist. We are looking for a reliable candidate to work a schedule of Monday through Wednesday - 9:00am - 7:00pm, Thursday off, Friday 9am-6pm and Saturdays 9am-5pm.
This position includes daily interaction with our customers and staff as a key member of our daily operations.
Job Description:
- Greet customers and deliver exceptional Customer Service at all times.
- Responsibilities include receiving payments for Service visits, Part purchases, and Sales deposits.
- Operate our main telephone system to answer incoming calls, determine needs of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department.
- Assist customers both in person and on the telephone
- Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
- Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
- Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
- Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
- Accurately putting paperwork in order and filing it in the proper location
Requirements:
- Comfortable in a Customer Service based setting; customer service experience
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and a professional demeanor
- Reliable and Punctual Excellent communication and phone skills
- Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and service personnel
- Professional personal appearance
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
