Automotive Finance Coordinator Job at Matt Blatt Chysler Dodge Jeep Ram
The new Matt Blatt dealership, Matt Blatt Chysler Dodge Jeep Ram, is seeking an experienced administrative finance coordinator in our Finance Department.
You will meet with customers who have purchased a vehicle and finalize all paperwork related to the transaction. Successful candidates must be detail oriented and able to process multi-step transactions. Automotive experience preferred. Candidates must have 2 plus years experience working in an office environment in an administrative role.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Process customer contracts and miscellaneous paperwork
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with lenders
- Follow-up on all customer contracts and maintain communication
- Work well in coordination with sales and office departments
- Work closely with sales management to process funding and paperwork completion
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have HS Diploma or GED
- Work experience in an office or dealership environment
- Great attitude
- Detail oriented
- Must be a proficient MS Office User
- Quick learner of multiple software programs
- Self Starter and able to work without close supervision
