Compensation:

• $3,000 Paid Training Period (90 days)!
• One of the most aggressive commission-based compensation plans around!
• Multiple integrated performance-based bonus structures!

Job Duties:

• Meet and greet customers
• Assist customers with inventory selections in person, online, and over the phone
• Set appointments
• Demonstrate vehicles and perform test drives
• Create individualized customer portfolios
• Process and intake trade ins
• Present and close figures and terms
• Transport vehicles between locations
• Operate and maintain an up to date customer data base
• Create opportunities and sales with service and previous customers

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license
• Satisfactory driver’s abstract
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Professional appearance
• Ability to learn and retain new information
• Be a team player
• Basic computer skills
• Implement and adhere to policies and procedures
• Strong work ethic
• Positive attitude
• Pass pre-employment drug screening
