Responsibilities
- Greet customers and schedule service appointments
- Listen and capture customers concerns and comments
- Prepare service orders and properly describe concerns and repairs
- Translate customers’ repair problems into standard repair terminology
- Explain repairs to customers
- Estimate the cost and time needed for repairs
- Follow up with customers
- Handle customer complaints
Qualifications
- 2 years auto service experience required
- CDK management system experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills a nd friendly personality
- Organized with good time management skills
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record
- Ford certified preferred
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
