Responsibilities:

• Performs the required safety inspection lists all required repairs and adjustments
• Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning
• Communicates directly with the Service Advisor to prepare a full estimate for the Used Car Manager to approve.
• Executes repairs to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 1 year of experience as an auto Service Technician
• Must be ASE certified.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
• Basic Math, reading, and computer skills
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
• High School diploma or equivalent, as well as a good driving record with valid driver’s license
