Axe Throwing/Rage Room Coach Job at COMO Axe Attack
COMO Axe Attack, Columbia, Missouri's premiere axe throwing venue, is looking for an Axe Throwing/Rage Room Coach to join their team.
You will be the face of the company by welcoming, coaching and engaging with our guests through their axe throwing experience.
Never thrown an axe before? That is okay. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Plus, you may find your ninja skills better suited for our knives, stars, or cards!
You will be provided on the job training to master your own throwing skills in all of the many options we offer and in no time will be teaching these skills to others.
Primary Roles:
· Monitor customer experience to ensure success and enjoyment
· Teach the art of axe, knife, star, and card throwing
· Maintain a safe and family friendly environment for all guests
· Oversee matches and games during our leagues or at occasional special events
· Maintain concessions and quality control of facility, lanes, and equipment. Must keep all areas of the shop clean at all times.
Skills:
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Leadership to command large groups in a friendly and professional manner
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Ability to multi-task and take initiative during slow times especially with cleaning all areas and sharpening items as needed
· Phone and computer skills
· Marketing/Social Media Experience (Preferred)
· Ability to provide outstanding hospitality
Requirements:
· Pleasant and outgoing personality
· Must be available to work days, nights and weekends
· Must be 18 years of age
