Job Title: Donut Team Member
Reports to: Director of Operation, Donut Production Manager, Owners
FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt
Hourly Rate Range: $15-$18 plus tips

Physical Requirements:
The Donut Team Member position is a highly demanding role physically. For this position, you must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, reach overhead, and lift 40 pounds or more. Additionally, you must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing effectively.
Essential Duties:
- Comprehensive knowledge of the menu items, allergy items and seasonal items.
- Confidence in all areas of menu item production, from prep, assembly, and final execution.
- Strict adherence to recipe guidelines for all menu items.
- Hitting production numbers daily, as set by management.
- Ensure accurate labeling and rotation of all products and ingredients.
- Follow allergy guidelines and protocols, especially when working with allergy items.
- Prepare and box all delivery and catering orders for timely pick up and delivery.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are in place and being followed in all aspects of the operations.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment throughout the entire shift.
- Load and secure menu items for safe and successful delivery.
- Safely operate and drive the Donut Love van to each location.
- Off load and deliver all donuts and menu items safely and timely before each location opens.
- Ensure every guest has a professional, high level and enjoyable experience.
- Maintain appealing presentation of any food on display, and cleanliness of display cases and shelving.
- Drive sales by upselling the guest when appropriate”. Example: “Have you tried to new Noble Cold Brew we have on tap?”.
- Mastery of the Toast POS platform.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Completing tasks assigned for Opening and/or Closing checklist.
- All other duties and projects as assigned at the discretion of the Director of Operations.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
