Bankruptcy Specialist Job at BWW Law Group, LLC

BWW LAW GROUP, LLC, an “AV” rated real estate default law firm with offices located in Rockville, MD, Richmond and Arlington, VA, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team in our Richmond, Virginia office. This position is full time (currently a hybrid remote and in office position until firm is at full return to work environment). Attention to detail is a must to succeed as a part of our team!
Responsibilities:

  • Manage case files and update various client systems
  • Electronically file documents with the court
  • Communicate internally with colleagues and externally with clients pertaining to case files
  • Prepare Proofs of Claim to include the 410A and Notices
  • Upload documents for attorney and client review
  • Monitor files for client communication and updates, present findings to attorney
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Qualified candidates must demonstrate excellent computer and organizational skills, and be able to multitask
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
  • Previous bankruptcy, mortgage servicing, real estate, or law firm experience is a plus, but not required
  • Previous office experience is preferred
  • Recent graduates and veterans are encouraged to apply!

This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position. Must be available to work between 9AM to 6PM (assumes a 1 hour unpaid lunch).
