Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Serving coursed meals for seated meal service and attending to buffet and action stations
• Setting up, breaking down and cleaning banquet event and conference spaces
• Anticipate customer requests and provide exceptional customer service to all guests
• Keeping event spaces and back of house spaces clean and tidy at all times
• Adhering to food safety procedures and TIPS procedures
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors

• Maintain a neat and well groomed appearance
• Possess excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality
• Ideal applicant displays a positive can-do attitude, is a quick learner and is flexible
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read and apply information from a Banquet Event Order
• Standing and walking for 8 hours will be required
• No serving experience necessary but is preferred
• Must be able to lift and carry at least 25 lbs to include serving trays.
• Candidates should have a flexible schedule for nights, weekends & holidays.
• Applicants must be of at least 18 years of age and be reliable for scheduled shifts

Servers will be provided on the job training for servicing of all different types of functions including the proper set up standards, food safety training provided as well!

Hours:

• On call Position or
• Flexible Schedule: AM, PM shifts & Weekends
• Shifts including early morning hours and late nights are typical
