The Blind Tiger Cafe is a Tampa based Coffee Roaster and Coffee Shop. We have 7 locations: Ybor City. Seminole Heights, South Howard Avenue. Westchase. Westshore Plaza Mall. Endeavr Coffee. Brandon Mall.
This job location is for our West Park Village located at Westchase.
Job Duties:
- Greet customers with consistent friendliness
- Represent the company brand with positive professionalism
- Operate a tablet based POS system effectively
- Responsibly manage cash drawers
- Maintain a clean and efficient work environment
- Follow food safety codes
- Brew and serve coffee with a smile
Minimum requirements:
- English required
- 1 year of work experience in any field
- 6 months of customer faced work experience
- Availability at least 5 full days a week
- Ability to lift at least 30lbs
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Reliable transportation
- At least 18 or older
The Blind Tiger Cafe is not a corporate environment interested in getting people out the door, but rather a neighborhood coffee shop looking to grow deep roots.
This is a job posting for a position at any location. The hours will be from 6:00am - 7:00pm and will provide flexible early morning, midday, and late evening shifts. We are looking for both full and part time.
