Requirements - Physical and Mental Needs

• Able to stand, walk, and be on your feet for prolonged periods
• Able to read and follow written English instructions
• Able to regularly twist, turn, kneel, climb, stoop, bend, crawl, lift and carry
• supplies and equipment weighing up to 55 pounds using appropriate techniques and tools
• Able to safely navigate the tasting room and snack bar areas, including crowded spaces
• Able to work in indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise and occasionally slippery floors
• Able to comply with and enforce all health, safety, and personal hygiene policies and standards

Responsibilities:

Craft innovative and unique cocktails using premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and precise techniques.
Create an inviting and engaging atmosphere by providing exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations.
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation behind the bar.
Collaborate with the bar team to develop new cocktail recipes, seasonal menus, and signature drinks.
Maintain a deep knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and other ingredients used in cocktail preparation.
Demonstrate mastery in classic cocktail recipes and the ability to put a modern twist on traditional favorites.
Ensure compliance with all local and state liquor laws and regulations.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture, fostering a sense of professionalism, respect, and collaboration.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender in an upscale bar or restaurant.
Extensive knowledge of spirits, mixing techniques, and cocktail history.
Exceptional creativity and passion for developing unique flavor profiles and drink presentations.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring consistency and accuracy in cocktail preparation.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
A flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of local liquor laws and responsible alcohol service.
A friendly and professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
