Bartender Job at Fridley Theatres
Responsible for providing friendly, attentive, and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all guests. Maintains a positive attitude to form a friendly environment for guests and other team members. Excellent customer service is essential. Part-time and full-time positions are available; hourly wage plus tips. Many positions include evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

- Welcome guests as they are seated at the bar or passing thru to the restaurant or theatre areas.
- Maintain company standards for customer service, employee relations, cleanliness, sanitation, and overall department profitability.
- Take, transmit, and deliver orders correctly; orders may come from servers or directly from guests.
- Serve bottled beer, draft beer, and wine.
- Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
- Knowledge of the menu and ability to make suggestions; answer drink preparation questions.
- Follow all safety and alcohol beverage control policies.
- Maintain a clean work area and bar countertop.
- Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
- May perform other job related duties and special projects as required.
Minimum requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Preferred 6 months to a year of related work experience.
- ServSafe Alcohol or other alcohol safety training is a plus.
- Have the ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- This position require lawful authorization and documentation to work in the United States.
- Must report to work on time, well-groomed, in clean and proper uniform and practices good personal hygiene.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
