SUMMARY & MISSION

We are currently seeking full-timeBartendersfor HAPPY MONKEY by Jean-Georges

Jean-Georges has made culinary history and developed a reputation as remarkable as his food by tapping his deep understanding of the restaurant world and pairing it with his forward-thinking vision.

Duties and Supporting Responsibilities include:

• Fostering and maintaining a creative, clean and organized bar
• Establishing the highest standard ofmenu knowledge and diligence of service on the floor
• Readiness to participate in extensive food and drink knowledge training
• Great communication skills and a willingness to engage with guests and team members in a professional and dignified manner
• Perform other job-related activities as required or assigned by Bar Manager
• Able to stand for a 10-12 hour shift and may be required to lift up to 20lbs. occasionally
• Holiday availability is required
