Basic Purpose: Assists with maximization of guest satisfaction. Help answer any questions or concerns a guest may have.

Responsibilities:

· Welcome guests to the beach; and day to day interaction

· Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging services

· Ensure guests are aware of all services and activities available at the beach

· Hand out towels to guests

· Bring in dirty towels from bins

· Set-up and break-down equipment and put in storage

· Follow departmental policies and procedures

· Inventory control

· Other duties assigned

· Comfortable working in extreme weather conditions
