IABA is seeking applicants for Part- Time Behavior Consultants to serve Napa and Solano Counties
(The schedule may require night and weekend availability. Hours vary by case.)
Qualifications:
- M.A. (or progress towards) in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), special education, psychology, or other human services field
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual/ developmental disabilities and mental health challenges.
- Experience conducting behavioral assessments and designing behavior support plans
- Strong Communication Skills
Requirements:
- Operable vehicle.
- CA Drivers License
- Car Insurance
- First Aid/CPR certification
- TB Clearance
- Must pass a Live Scan and Drug Screen
- Must be able to physically assist, guide, and facilitate movement of clients that may need physical assistance (e.g., wheelchair transfer, walking, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Conducting Functional Assessments
- Staff Training
- Data analysis
- Report writing
- Parent education
- Supervision of ABA interventions in the home setting
- Supervision of behavior intervention team
- Protocol development and implementation
- Other duties as signed by Service Manager or assigned Senior Consultant

Days and hours vary dependent upon candidate qualifications and client requirements.
Range $25.00 - $35.00 per hour; compensation commensurate with experience and job site location.
