  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)- An RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Job duties RBTs perform every day include: Providing direct client care in one-on-one and/or group settings. Following the behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition also known as treatment plan developed by BCBA. Collecting and recording data based on client behavior in according to data collection procedures instructed by BCBA. Assisting BCBA with behavior reduction assessments and skills acquisition. Assisting BCBA in the preparation of client materials. RBT Certification is a plus, but NOT REQUIRED for this position.
  • Paraprofessional (Non-RBT) aka Behavior Technician (Non-RBT)- Job duties BTs perform every day include: Providing direct client care in one-on-one and/or group settings. Following the behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition also known as treatment plan developed by BCBA. Collecting and recording data based on client behavior in according to data collection procedures instructed by BCBA. Assisting BCBA with behavior reduction assessments and skills acquisition. Assisting BCBA in the preparation of client materials.
  • Parent Consultant/Family Training (PC): Providing indirect and direct client and family care in group settings. Following the behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition also known as treatment plan developed by BCBA. Collecting and recording data based on client behavior in according to data collection procedures instructed by BCBA. Assisting BCBA with behavior reduction assessments and skills acquisition. Assisting BCBA in the preparation of client materials. Communicating with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding client progress.

Experiences: Previous experiences are NOT required. Whether you have previous ABA experiences or NO Experience, our company is committed to provide you training and prepare you to meet the highest quality standard of competency for the position.

Education Qualification:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree is a plus, but not required.
  • Interest/Study in the field of social services, ABA, psychology, social behavior, social studies, society, biology, science, education, child development, teaching, counseling, health, business/customer services, child care, etc.

Availabilities:

  • Field hours of operation range from 12:30 PM-8:30 PM Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday available is a plus, but not required.
  • Candidate MUST be available and able to maintain a minimum of 16 hours of billable work per week consistently during employment in order to continue qualifying for the part-time position.
  • Available work hours will fluctuate from 16 up to 40 hours per week depending on availabilities matched between clients and staffs.

Training:

  • Hired candidates will be provided with both knowledge-based training combined with filed observation and direct practices.
  • Eligible candidates will have the opportunity to enroll in our Registered Behavior Technician training and FREE of cost program, optional for knowledge professional recognition, but not required to remain employment.
  • If you are currently enrolled in ABA Master Program and you need BCBA supervision. Join us and our BCBA is committed to providing you BCBA hours supervision to the eligible candidates for FREE of cost.

Employment Locations: In clients' home-based across Orange County- Orange, Westminster, Huntington Beach, Garden Grove, Santa Ana, Anaheim, Fullerton, Irvine, Costa Mesa, Midway City, Tustin, Cypress, Fountain Valley, Stanton, and more.

Compensation Range: Depends on your highest level of education, experiences, and annual performances.
