We are hiring behavior technicians to work in Kent County, MI.

Behavior technicians must be a minimum of 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent. Technicians must hold the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification provided by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), or pursue RBT certification upon hire (with company reimbursement). RBT certification requires passing a background check, completing a 40-hour training, and completing a competency assessment, followed by annual renewal. Technicians will receive paid training and professional development, and a tablet for professional and personal use following a 90-day probationary period.

Technicians will deliver behavior-analytic services in clients’ homes in Ottawa County, MI under direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA); a minimum of 10% of the hours you spend providing behavior-analytic services each calendar month will be under the direct observation of your supervisor. Responsibilities will include…

• implementing skill-acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• collecting client data
• graphing data
• writing progress summaries and session notes
• conducting preference assessments
• assisting with functional assessments
• communicating and collaborating effectively with caregivers and other professionals
• attending team and supervisory meetings
• maintaining certification and participating in ongoing training and professional development

Starting wage - $20-25/hr dependent upon experience. In addition to direct services hours, each technician will be paid 1 hour per week per client in order to cover time entering session notes and other duties that arise.

Premium Pay Days - Choose 6 days per year on which to earn 1.5x pay for any hours worked.
