Elk Hill is currently recruiting for a full-time Behavioral Aide at our Elk Hill Charlottesville School. Employees in this role help to create and maintain an environment that enables adolescents to make positive changes in attitude, values, and behavior through a day program treatment modality; to coordinate and administer the in-school suspension and re-entry programs. This individual will also be required to model high professional standards in interactions with students, families, agency workers, and staff members.

We are looking for candidates that:

• High School diploma required with three years’ experience working with ED/LD youth; Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate with youth and staff
• Ability to implement educational plans meeting the individualized needs of students
