About us
Red Mountain Colorado is a residential treatment center for teens 13-18 for mental health and substance abuse.
Red Mountain Colorado is mindfulness based, innovative residential treatment program for 13-17 years old with a focus on academics, adventure and recovery in a therapeutic setting.
We are currently seeking Life Skills Mentors for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions within our organization.
Mentors assist students with daily living activities such as school, recreation, and adventure. This position is will allow you to see and learn many new things. You will be over seeing the students while off campus doing adventure. Adventures are typically out side and all across Colorado.
The shifts available are:
Weekend Day 6:30am to 3:00pm
Evening 2:30pm to 11:00pm
Qualified Candidate must be over 21 years of age due to our regulations.
Candidates must have at least 1 year working with youth in this age group and/or 2 years of college education.
Bachelors degree in related human services field and certification in CPR/AED/First Aid and QMAP is required.
The selected candidate will have to complete the following pre-employment screening:
- CBI/FBI background check
- Colorado Childhood neglect/abuse check
- Drug screen
Compensation is commensurate with experience and education.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- On call
- Weekend availability

Employees are required to wear masks while at work due to residential care regulations.
