As a Behavioral Health Clinician, you will use a holistic approach to create an environment that encourages daily success for people we support.

The Behavioral Health Clinician will facilitate group and individual mental health counselling in alignment with evidence-based practices and models. The clinician works in partnership with the person’s interdisciplinary team and our Behavioral Health Associates to develop, implement, monitor, and revise behavioral health plans. The clinician spearheads the support and continued education of program teams in all therapeutic interactions designed to support the person’s vision.

The ideal candidate for this position will reflect The Arc’s core values, demonstrate the ability to quickly integrate into The Arc and embrace our trauma-informed care-based therapies. Candidates must possess an LCSW-C or LCPC license with (5) five or more years of direct experience in their field, and a master’s degree. They will lead an integrated approach to supporting a person, their team, and their community. The salary is $84,000 with paid professional development and continued education, as well as a best-in class benefit package.
