Clinical Position Available
Employee Assistance Resources (EAR) is seeking well qualified candidates to
provide behavioral health services in an integrated care environment in local employer-
based medical clinics, and provide a variety of Employee Assistance services including
evaluation and referral, brief therapy, training and case management.
EAR provides employee assistance and embedded services in employer-based medical
clinics for a variety of employers. We also provide traditional Employee Assistance
services from offices in Morganton, Hickory, and via Telehealth. This position provides
the opportunity for a blended schedule in both medical and traditional out-patient EAP
and counseling environments. This position offers many opportunities for creative
practice, professional growth and collaboration in an outcome-driven multidisciplinary
treatment team.
This position will include approximately 10 hours of embedded integrated care service in
employer-based medical clinics as well as additional responsibilities providing
evaluation and referral, brief therapy, training and case management.
Appropriate North Carolina licensure and a master’s degree or higher in counseling,
clinical social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required. Competitive
rates and benefits are available.
