BELL PERSON - FULL TIME Job at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa
The Bell Person will be responsible for transporting guest luggage to/from guest rooms. Escort guests to rooms and inform guests of all hotel services and features. Responsible for attending to immediate needs of each guest upon arrival and follow through attention throughout stay. Thorough knowledge of all hotel services and amenities.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests/visitors, management and co-workers to their understanding.
- Ability to provide legible communication and directions.
- Previous guest relations or hotel experience required.
- Ability to understand guest inquiries and provide responses.
- Ability to focus attention on guests' needs.
- Ability to prioritize, organize and make good judgments.
- Ability to work well under pressure of check-in/check-out of guests.
- Ability to exert physical effort in placing, removing guest luggage to/from guest room.
- Ability to remain stationary at assigned post for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
