BenefitPlan Manager, located in Mount Arlington New Jersey is a leader in the growing employee benefits administration outsourcing industry. Our growth comes from the integration of technology, innovation and client commitment. We are currently looking for hardworking individuals to expand our team of administrators. While our homebase is in Northern New Jersey, we are expanding to Philadelphia, where we will be opening a small office to support the growth of the company.
Qualified candidates will be self-motivated with an enthusiastic team-oriented work ethic, a resourceful personality, and desire to make an impact. Candidates should also have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a keen attention to detail. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office is an important skill.
Experience in a related field such as accounting and human resources is a plus, but not a requirement. Salary commensurate with potential and a comprehensive benefits package await the successful candidate.
This is an entry level position with opportunity for growth.

Due to COVID-19 we are primarily working remotely. However, there are instances that require working in the office. Additionally, we require that the majority of training be conducted in person.
