Bilingual Debt Recovery Reps Job at NCB Management Services, Inc.
NCB is currently in need of Bilingual (Spanish/English) Debt Recovery Representatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Negotiate repayment plans on outstanding debts from customers for national financial institutions.
- Meet key performance indicators as outlined by management.
- Meet expected Quality and Compliance standards
- Ability to communicate and negotiate with a variety of customers in various financial situations
- Ability to investigate to obtain contact information
BILINGUAL DEBT RECOVERY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Reliable transportation or access to public transportation
- Ability to negotiate
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to understand and speak both English and Spanish
- Prior debt recovery/collections experience is a must
- Must have time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Prior call center experience
- Confidentiality is key in this role
- Auto collectors/agents a PLUS
