Pella Corporation is now hiring a Bilingual HR Employee Services Representative to support our nationwide operations. This position performs high volume administrative tasks associated with the processing of employee benefits and human resource data entry for all Pella locations. Duties include but are not limited to frequent contact with various HR teams, answering phone calls, emails, or faxes that come into the Human Resources Service Center. The HR Employee Services Representative also collaborates directly with third-party administrators regarding employee benefit programs. You must be organized, have good time management skills, and be deadline-driven. This position requires excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. The ability to fluently speak, read, write, and translate Spanish is required.

The Bilingual HR Employee Services Representative will:

-Provide customer service with prompt, accurate, and timely feedback to employees, all levels of management, and third-party administrators.

-Use the human resource information system (HRIS) to collect information, answer questions, and complete benefits processing.

-Administer employee benefit programs, HR data collection, and processing.

-Accurately and efficiently manage high volumes of phone calls, data entry including employee, and benefit data into the human resource information system (HRIS).

-Maintain the highest level of confidentiality relative to employee and company information.

-Run queries, reports, and other analysis using human resources information systems as needed.

-Identify methods to simplify processes to reduce time and cost.

-Collaborate with HR staff at all manufacturing locations and Pella owned subsidiaries to assure the accuracy and completeness of all data.

-Conduct employee benefit orientations for new employees.

-Assure transactions and policies comply with corporate policies, governing regulations, and compliance guidelines.

-Administer the medical, dental, life insurance, disability (including transition to FMLA/LOA), retirement, and COBRA processes corporately to assure legal, accurate, and timely administration across all Pella business units.

-Administer the employee self-service transactions through the Human Resources Information System.

-Assist with site HIPAA audits.

Job Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required. Customer service or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous benefits administration background preferred. Previous HRIS or similar system experience preferred.

Ability to fluently speak, read, write, and translate in Spanish is required. Ability to read and interpret documents such as benefit plans, regulatory papers, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Ability to understand summary plan documents with previous benefit background a preference.

Experience with Word, Excel, and Power Point. PeopleSoft and Fusion or other similar system experience preferred. Ability to learn and utilize third party administrator web tools. Microsoft Power Platform experience a plus. Knowledge of relational database systems a plus.
