Position Summary
POLYWOOD is looking for a talented Technical Information Specialist/Bill of Material Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will play a key role in compiling and entering all Part Number, Bill of Material, and other related product data into the company’s ERP and PIM systems.

Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain all Part Number, Bill of Material, and other related product data in the company’s ERP and PIM systems
- Collaborate with the Operations, Accounting, Sales, Customer Experience, Engineering, and Program Management Teams to gather the information needed to complete work
- Review and audit technical data for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with other tasks as needed to meet department and company goals
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience with ERP systems; Acumatica a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience with PIM systems; Salsify a plus
- Demonstrated hands-on experience compiling, analyzing, and entering Bill of Material and other related data into ERP and PIM systems
- Knowledge and understanding of GS1 standards
- Knowledge and understanding of ShipHawk - or similar shipping software
- Experience applying analytical thinking to develop creative, practical solutions to problems
- Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
- Demonstrated history of consistently completing projects on time, and within scope
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work closely and facilitate seamless communication with other teams throughout an organization (Operations, Accounting, Sales, Customer Experience, Engineering, Program Management, etc.)
- Meticulous attention to detail with a personal commitment to excellence
- Exceptional communication and reporting skills
- Proficient use of spreadsheets and email
- Strong follow through and willingness to take responsibility for tasks through to completion
- Creativity, curiosity, and a desire to continuously learn and improve
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-focused environment
