Billing Clerk Job at LA Inc
The Billing Clerk will report directly to the General Manager of the company and will play a key role in driving the Billing process, while providing financial and administrative support to the team. This individual will have the opportunity for future growth and development amongst a group of high achieving and fun professionals. We are seeking a driven, dedicated, and enthusiastic professional to join our dynamic team.

Compensation:
Essential Functions
- Maintain profiles for each electronically billed client, including guidelines and constraints
- Set up client electronic billing including new matters, timekeepers, and budgets
- Review, edit (as needed) and finalize invoices * Close work orders and process invoice in timely manner * Ability to manage high volume workflow and prioritize workload * Follow-up with customer invoicing * Maintain and prepare all work orders for billing * Assist team in any Corridor/Total FBO billing issues that arise * Serve as liaison to Technicians and Management
Qualifications
- Must be highly organized, and dependable
- Prior experience as a Billing Clerk preferred
- Experience with Problem Solving/Analysis
- Prior experience with billing or other accounting function.
- Experience with ERP or other accounting/billing system preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
