Billing Specialist Atlanta, Georgia (Hybrid Working) $550 - $55k + Benefits Are you an experienced Accounts Officer looking for an opportunity to join a growing global company? Do you have strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Excel? If yes then we have a great opportunity for you! Key duties: • Reviewing order details to ensure accurate invoicing • Reconcile invoices and investigate any discrepancies through to resolution • Upload invoices into ERP system • Liaise with internal teams to resolve any billing issues • Be the first point of contact for incoming customer billing queries Experience needed: • Previous experience in a busy accounts department • Good MS Excel proficiency and experience with ERP systems • Invoice reconciliation experience
