On staff are a team of licensed Physical, Occupational, Speech and Behavioral Therapists. Through family consultation and team coordination, your children are evaluated with a team of professionals all communicating and on the same page.

Beyond experience, compassion and patience are traits that all children and families should expect at ITS. Both parents and caregivers along with the child themselves can face many difficult emotional and physical challenges ahead. The path of each family's journey during the therapeutic process is different, but with compassion and patience, the hurdles can be overcome together.

We are passionate about opening clinics in locations that have socioeconomic diversity. There exists a clear inequity amongst the underserved and we are here to help lessen that divide. Infinite Therapy Solutions has two thriving clinics in Bayonne NJ and is excited to provide high quality therapies and ABA to the southern Hudson County regions and surrounding neighborhoods.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Infinite Therapy Solutions is a Multidisciplinary Pediatric Therapy Center. We provide occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy at the Rehabilitation Center in Bayonne and Applied Behavioral Analysis at the ABA and Autism Center 2 blocks away in Bayonne, NJ. We believe in a team approach where a multitude of strategies and therapeutic interventions are necessary to treat the "whole" child and help them reach their goals. We are inter-disciplinary collaborators and educators to parents and families. Professionalism, compassion, flexibility, and optimal clinical care is held highly.

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced BCBA to work with children with Autism within our upcoming Harrison, NJ Facility. We will be developing the "Multiverse ABA Program" (MAP) for young learners that is intensive, 5 days/week with 20+ hours of ABA/week (8:30 am-2:30pm) within a natural environment framework of teaching. We will be open for after school ABA as well for the community's school aged children.

Job Duties

• Supervision and Family Training according to BACB guidelines
• Opportunity for Daytime cases at the ABA and Autism Center at 235 Harrison Avenue, Harrison NJ 07029
• Independence with Evaluations while using the Standardized testing
• Familiarity with Rethink EMR

Qualifications:

-Masters Degree and be Certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as a BCBA

-Supervision experience
