Greeting customers upon arrival to Blackwell Ford, calling customers with updates on their repairs, calling insurance companies for claim assignments, payment status and deductible information, following up with Accounts Receivable and tracking missing funds from insurance companies, matching estimates and supplement from Insurance companies in CCC and taking additional photos of vehicles on site and during the repair process are just a few things that the position would include.
