Branch & General Manager

JK Executive Strategies has partnered with a well-respected company in search of a Branch & General Manager to join their Canandaigua, New York team. The Branch Manager will be responsible for effectively managing the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the office and be accountable for supervising all areas of operations to manage a staff that fosters a positive environment and ensures customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conducting self in accordance with our mission, vision, core values, and rank of priorities at all times.
• Assess local market conditions and identifying current and prospective revenue opportunities.
• Accountable for forecasts, financial objectives, budgets, and business plans to ensure all goals and metrics are achieved.
• Manage office budget.
• Foster personnel performance through training, coaching, developing, motivating, and rewarding techniques.
• Collaborate with peer office managers to ensure best practices and ease of doing business techniques are continually effective, competitive, and shared for knowledge opportunities that builds team success.
• Address customer and/or employee concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Network to increase the presence and reputation of company.
• Provide market analysis and reports to ensure keeping abreast of movement and trends.
• Participate in full life cycle of recruitment and retention practices and procedures.
• Responsible for travel as business dictates and ability to accommodate a flexible schedule to meet workload needs.
• Responsible for performing other responsibilities/duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors’ Degree, preferred, or 5 years’ equivalent experience; or equivalent combination of educations and successful experience, required.
• 1+ years of sales experience and/or experience working in a leadership role, preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications, required.
• HVAC and Plumbing industry knowledge, preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and recognize how to establish priorities.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills with a professional attitude, demeanor.
• Address analyze and respond effectively to any situation.
• Excellent organizational and priority skill sets.
• Results driven and customer focused decision making.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
