Falcon is ranked the 73rd largest bank among the top 100 banks in Texas in 2021 by the Texas Department of Banking. Falcon acquired a new branch in Zapata, TX expected to start servicing our customers in late August of this year. Currently, Falcon is looking into expanding into other markets.

We are looking for a talented Branch manager to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation. You will manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.

Responsibilities

  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
  • Manage all banking functions at Branch including Operations, Retail Banking and Lending
  • Operate the branch within budget and attain profitability goals
  • Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
  • Represent Falcon Bank in the community through participation in civic activities and organizations
  • Responsible to meet risk management and compliance requirements
  • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
  • Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws

Skills

  • Proven branch management/retail banking experience, as a bank manager or similar role
  • Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
  • Operational experience in customer service, teller operations, and new accounts areas
  • Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience interacting with customers
  • Valid Texas ID or Driver's License
  • Strong work ethic and high integrity
  • Outgoing, confident and enthusiastic personality
  • Ability to work flexible hours/schedule that includes Saturdays and some Holidays
