POSITION: Brand Activation Manager - Naples
Assume all job responsibilities associated in influencing on-premise purchase intent of Suncoast Beverage Sales products among consumers.

OVERVIEW:
SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ride with reps in your territory monthly to support sales objectives and identify priority brands to promote
- Create a detailed account list with key contacts, preferences, and relevant notes Work with key contacts at the accounts to implement effective activations that align with sales priorities
- Arrive with required items to create a successful event up to Suncoast Beverage Sales standards
- Engage consumers by educating them on the product and offering samples
- Create and maintain strong relationships with account key contacts
- Track and measure all activations using Outlook calendar, Google Forms
- Weekly check-ins with Marketing Manager to recap last week and prep for upcoming week
- Adhering to all company standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Any other tasks as requested by management
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to effectively host activations
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Engaging, approachable, and outgoing personality
- Complete all necessary training for the role
- Strong selling skills, always promoting Suncoast Beverage Sales brands
- Excellent communication skills
- Organization and efficiency to optimize activations
- Knowledge of state beverage laws
- Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
