This position serves as the Director of Production and Broadcast Editor for the Nicole Crank Show Broadcast and related promos and projects. This position must have a creative and motivated passion for reaching the lost in forms and fashions that are leading edge, as well as strong leadership and broadcasting skills.

This position requires its primary duty be the performance of work requiring invention, imagination, originality or talent in a recognized field of artistic or creative endeavor and yet still have gathered administrative skills to allow the team to hit broadcast deadlines in a way that creates enough margin for creativity to have the needed space to grow and evolve. This is your chance to help shape and execute the vision of having Oprah Winfrey meet Jimmy Fallon (all glued together with Jesus) by bringing people from the pain to the promise in 28:30 broadcast minutes in a real, raw and organic way. We will hit real topics that are weighing on people and use the tool of a spoonful of sugar with truth and transparency to help the medicine of the word and power of God get into the hearts and bring them out.

The Nicole Crank Show and Crank Ministries are an arm and outreach of Faith Church. Faith Church has been ranked one of the fastest growing churches in America for several years in a row. We are one church with seven locations, located in Sunset Hills, Earth City, Weldon Spring, and Ferguson-Florissant, Missouri as well as West Palm Beach and Royal Palm Beach, Florida and Online. Essential Duties

• Act as Director of Production for the Nicole Crank Show (and other related Crank Ministries projects), planning and shooting broadcast episodes, intros, promos, social media, and supporting projects and curriculum in innovative and creative ways outside of the studio as much as possible.
• Act as Lead Editor crafting at least 1-2 episoldes per month and all intros, promos and associated broadcast needs.
• Work alongside the lead broadcast producer in owning the outside team members by coordinating efforts to help them move forward in their broadcast projects.
• Responsibilities may also include weekly creative videos, ACO's, conferences, promos, and producing and help shoot and edit social media.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment (routinely uses standard office equipment and high tech video equipment and lighting) and willing and able to transport, set up and operate off site shoots.

Physical Demands

Office time is mostly a sedentary role, but must have the ability to operate video equipment (ie lifting, bending, walking, etc). During shoots and events, must have high energy for multiple hour segments.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

The weekly schedule will include 40-45 hours per week and will be somewhat the same every week depending on shoot opportunities. In addition to your regular weekly hours you will be asked to participate in events that will occasionally include evening or weekend hours, as there are continual seasons where it will be necessary to exceed these minimum hours. These hours can/will fluctuate.

Travel

Campus to campus local St. Louis/West Palm Beach travel as often as monthly and occasional overnight trips will be expected for this position.
