Full-Time Duties: Warehouse Worker

• Stores material in warehouse locations when received.
• Checks inbound freight against shipping manifests or purchase orders to verify accuracy.
• Receives inbound material within SAP using purchase order data.
• Unloads inbound trailers carrying interplant and external freight using forklift, pallet jack or manual methods.
• Verifies accuracy and performs data entry for incoming and outgoing stock transport orders.
• Picks material from warehouse locations for customer orders, stock transport orders and warehouse replenishment.
• Loads outbound shipments into trailers using forklift, jack pallet or manual methods.
• Performs data entry as it relates to inventory material transactions.
• Verifies and tracks the accuracy of inventory in assigned locations.
• Participates in Lean and 5S activities within warehouse.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Full-Time Requirements: Warehouse Worker

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possesses effective oral and written communications skills.
• Computer literate with working knowledge of SAP inventory control applications, sufficient to complete shipping/receiving and inventory management transactions.
• Achieved company forklift operator certification.
• Demonstrated safe driver record.
• Ability to achieve and maintain situational awareness to ensure safe handling and transportation of material.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jack systems to manipulate inventory.
• Ability to understand and apply workplace safety procedures.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to work in a team environment.
• Ability to exercise initiative and complete assignments efficiently and on time with minimal supervision.
• Readily perceives and effectively responds to details essential to inventory control.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Vision sufficient to perform essential job functions in a safe manner.
• Ability to work overtime, as requested.
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment
