We have an excellent Long-term contract opportunity with our Global Leader client. Hybrid Schedule - 3 days a week on site
Position Title: IVR Analyst
THIS ROLE CAN BE IN EITHER FLORHAM PARK OR NORFOLK VA.
Responsible for exporting and compiling data; analyzing statistics to drive strategic business solutions. Support field escalation and Webex spaces to identify possible Reporting, Routing, and IVR issues. Establishing Test Plans for Deployment validation including regression testing.
Oracle, SQL, Data Analysis, and data presentation. Daily access and data extracts from IVR, Genesys, and Contact Center Tools, Support Internal End User inquiries. Tableau, Advanced Excel experience.
5 years of relevant client experience in similar technology (does not include training period)
Min Education - Bachelors degree in technology - Advanced Office Suite, Data Analytics & Contact Center Technology and Tools
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
