About the Role
- Analyze business requirements & perform business process re-engineering (BPR).
- translate business requirements and concepts into clearly defined system requirements using MS Office & RUP tools Requisite Pro, Clear Quest, Software Architect (RSA).
- Develop requirement traceability matrices.
- Plan & formulate development proposal of the applications to determine objectives of projects & coordinate development activities.
- Analyze & document requirements for the development of projects & generate reports.
- Define the criteria for the testing results based on project goals.
- Define & enforce guiding principles, deploy schedules, cross-team defect hand-off process.
Education and Experience Required
- Must have Masters / Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / Electronics / Electrical Engineering
- 1 Years + Experience as Business / Systems Analyst, Programmer Analyst or related field.
- Available to travel to various unanticipated client locations within USA for short & long term assignments.
