Position's Contributions to Work Group:
- The role is accountable for daily, weekly, and monthly operational functions ranging from the creation of underlying operational processes, process standards and continuous improvement, to consistently and efficiently acquiring, analyzing, and summarizing operational inputs into operational scorecards, presentations, reports, and operational metrics in support of Enterprise IT Strategy and Customer Experience goals and deliverables.
- The role enables existing higher-level salary grades to focus on broader strategic aspects of both initiatives and drive a greater Enterprise value-add and IT Brand experience.
Typical Day:
On-going planning, execution, or management of tasks supporting or related to the following:
- Collaboration across enterprise IT community.
- Support the preparation and coordination of key Strategy and CX meetings (e.g., IT Council, Operational Health, CX Program/Operational Reviews, etc.).
- Acquisition and summarization of key inputs (e.g., customer insights, IT operational health metrics, IT financial metrics, customer & technology roadmaps, project portfolios, etc.) into presentations, scorecards, reports, and operational templates.
- Lead and/or assist with the creation and documentation of program plans, operational frameworks, processes, standards, templates, and customer personas.
- Employ Microsoft toolsets (e.g., Power Automate, Flow, PowerBI, etc.) for streamlining daily, weekly, and monthly execution, maintenance, and governance activities
- The position can be fully remote or onsite - up to the candidate.
Education Requirement:
- 2-year or 4-year degree with an emphasis in Program Management, Information Technology, and/or Information & Analytics
Critical Technical Skills:
- Demonstrated knowledge & ability with Microsoft Tools: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Automate, PowerBI, Flow, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Program and/or Project Management Experience:
- Ability to Manage and Coordinate Projects, Create Project Plans, Process Flows, Process Standards, Templates, and Operational Scorecards & Metrics
Soft Skills Required:

Salary: $50.39 - $58.14 per hour
