Detailed Job Description
- Create reports and functional dashboards that will monitor and measure the efficiency of the P2P systems and businesses providing actionable information to decision-makers. Analyze business use cases that highlight opportunities for streamlining businesses and enhancing customer service.
- Assist in developing and enhancing new and existing benchmarking and spend analytic tools. Prepare reporting for suppliers, commodities, pricing files, or relevant data in the procure to pay life cycle.
- Support implementation of P2P businesses and/or technology solutions by mapping procurement workflows for current and future state, working in close collaboration with Procurement Services Office (PSO), Accounts Payable, Technology Management and other Controller's Office (CTO) team members, as well as, Information Technology Services (ITS) staff, end-users and service providers.
- Research and evaluate emerging marketplace technologies that will enhance and/or improve organizational efficiencies and effectiveness and make recommendations to Controller's Office senior leaders on potential technology adoption opportunities, including quantifying gains and return on investment. Assist with the integration of ERP with other 3rd-party P2P systems. Act as the main liaison between end users and PSO, AP, ITS & other CTO staff on systems or business concerns.
- Collaborate with other CTO staff to provide ongoing training to end-users for new procure-to-pay systems and/or businesses. Author knowledge articles and other training materials as needed

Minimum Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, IT, or related discipline
- Minimum of one (1) years of relevant business experience
- Natural curiosity and robust problem-solving skills are necessary for success. Actively seeks alternative ways to conduct business.
- Microsoft Office products, modern collaboration tools such as Slack, OneNote and GoogleDocs
- Competence with business analysis techniques such as business flows, storyboarding and use cases
- Strong written and verbal communication, a strong customer service orientation, consensus-building skills, and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other departments
- Actively seeks others perspectives to ensure inclusiveness and actively listens, provides constructive feedback and demonstrates respect for differing views; tailors communication to diverse audiences; and addresses conflict constructively, with the intention of seeking a mutually beneficial resolution.
- Awareness of business business management and continuous improvement principles and tools
- Must be persistent, creative and have strong collaboration skills, yet capable of functioning autonomously, exercising sound professional judgment
